Cancellation & Refund
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the in-app settings. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.
Refunds for digital content (Cat Food, etc.) are generally not available due to the nature of the service.
